Facial Architecture
Injectables guided by anatomy, structure, and natural movement.
At Longevity Lab Aesthetics, we don’t treat the face as a collection of lines. We evaluate aging in layers — from support and structure to volume and surface quality — so treatment plans make sense and results look natural.
Most patients are offered quick fixes first. Our approach starts with what is driving the change, then builds a plan in the right order.
Foundation
Support the deeper framework first.
Structure
Improve contour, lift, and tissue support.
Volume
Restore balance without overfilling.
Surface
Assessment before treatment.
Your plan begins with facial anatomy, tissue quality, symmetry, movement, and long-term goals.
Services selected by anatomy, not trends.

Facial aging is layered. Your plan should be too.
When treatment is chosen only by what is visible on the surface, results can look incomplete, heavy, or disconnected. A layered assessment helps determine whether the face needs support, tightening, volume restoration, collagen stimulation, skin quality improvement, or a combination plan.
Assess the driver
We look at anatomy, muscle activity, skin laxity, tissue descent, fat-pad changes, volume loss, and skin quality before recommending treatment.
Choose the right layer
Sequence conservatively
How we evaluate the face.
Each layer explains what may be changing, why it matters, and how injectable or device-based treatments may fit into the plan.
Facial Framework
Deep support changes can occur before they are obvious on the surface, contributing to flattening, descent, and loss of definition.
If the foundation is weak, surface-only treatments are often underdelivered.
- Radiesse on bone when appropriate
- Ultherapy or tightening support
- Sculptra or Radiesse for collagen support
Suspension + Support
This layer includes connective support that helps hold facial tissues in place. Laxity may show as jawline softening, folds, heaviness, or neck laxity.
- Ultherapy or RF microneedling when appropriate
- Biostimulatory support
- Jawline and neck sequencing
Fat Pads + Collagen
As collagen changes and facial fat shifts, the face can lose contour and light reflection, creating hollowing, shadowing, and flattening.
- Strategic hyaluronic acid filler
- PRF / EZ Gel for under-eye support
- Sculptra or diluted Radiesse when appropriate
Lines + Skin Quality
This is the layer most patients notice first: expression lines, texture, crepiness, pigment, dullness, and dehydration-related skin quality changes.
- Botox / Dysport
- Skinvive, skin boosters, Aquagold
- Microneedling, RF microneedling, Fraxel, BBL, peels, PRP / PRF
A simple sequence for new patients.
